A brilliant service. Highly recommend Ammar. He was very knowledgeable about my problem and as well as treatment he gave me exercises to complete at home to help my recovery. I have reduced my pain medication significantly and am able to move about much better even being able to go back to golfing. John Woodcock

Had a 3 week plan for lower back issues. Adrian my physio was excellent in every aspect from meeting him to discharge. He was professional yet human very accommodating from his explanation through to treatment, patience and nothing to much trouble for him . The treatments did the trick now to keep doing the exercises and drinking water. Highly recommend Adrian 5 star plus

I have just finished my treatment with Sano and I have had a very positive experience. Both Mohit and Amar have been fantastic and really helped me in my rehabilitation after knee surgery. They was both very professional and always gave me a very good understanding of where I was at during the process and what areas we needed to work on next.

Treatment with Adrian was arranged by my insurance company following a minor RTC and at the time of my first appointment I was in almost constant pain with a shoulder injury and worried that this might be a long term issue. 5 appointments later and I’m able to return to my activities of climbing, hiking and scuba diving without any pain at all. Adrian was very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, he gave me very good advice for exercises at home which have made a huge difference and the treatment I received was excellent during my appointments. I would happily recommend Adrian and wouldn’t think twice about contacting Sano in the future.

Great experience! Adrian Shaji is an excellent practitioner and he helped me to recover from a groin strain. He’s friendly and patient and he explains and demonstrates the exercises clearly. I would thoroughly recommend Sano.

I was referred to Sano Physio (Mansfield branch) through my workplace, my experience here was very pleasant. Ammar was very knowledgeable patient and help me with my neck and shoulder pain. After care was great with an app instead of others that send you away with a piece of paper and wash their hands of you. Would definitely recommend this company based from my experience.
